Since 2016 we use our products in our restaurant agriturismo Tiare dal Gorc. We offer traditional dishes made with fresh raw materials.
The menu can in fact change every week or even from day to day, accordingly to our production. We use farm-to-table raw materials which are skillfully cooked by grandmother Graziella.
Very appreciated are our main dishes with homemade sauces, like gnocchi with ragù or our delicate risotto, like the ones with figs or nettles. Among our second course specialties there’s always frico (traditional Friulian dish made with cheese and potatoes). The desserts change according to the cook’s fantasy.
