THE PRODUCTS OF OUR LAND

The products we sell reflect the crops of the area: Friuli Venezia Giulia is a region with a vocation for white wines, in fact wines like Ribolla Gialla and Friulano or Chardonnay couldn’t miss in our menu, but what about the red wines Merlot and Cabernet Franc, not to mention Sparkling Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry and Schioppettino.


Two-row barley is used for our Birra Bionda Agricola (blonde beer), a top-fermented Golden Ale. Golden at the sight, this beer is light-bodied and has a refreshing flavor.

Our pear juice, which is free of artificial preservatives, is made with a mix of Carmen and William White pears, both organically cultivated. 







BIRRA AGRICOLA BIONDA
A blonde farm beer produced with our barley, it has golden hues, fine and compact foam with a light turbidity given by the yeast in the bottle. 
Golden Ale style, 4.6% alcohol content, medium carbonation
It presents a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and orange blossoms. It has a balanced taste; it’s refreshing and light bodied. 
Available in 0,5L and 0,75L sizes
CHARDONNAY IGT VENEZIA GIULIA
Alcohol content: 12.50% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Colour: straw yellow with light green nuances
Bouquet: fruity bouquet with hints of apple and banana
Flavour: well-structured, refreshing and vibrant
Food pairing: it pairs with white meat but can be also enjoyed as an aperitif.
MERLOT IGT VENEZIA GIULIA

Alcohol content: 12.00% vol.
Serving temperature: 18-20° C
Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: delicate hints of raspberries and plums
Flavour: soft and round
Food pairing: it pairs well with many foods

RIBOLLA GIALLA IGT VENEZIA GIULIA
Organoleptic characteristics: it’s a native white grape variety, grows on stony and clayey soils, giving the sensation of minerality and salinity to the wine. After destemming the grapes, traditional vinification provides a soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel barrels at low temperatures.

The wine appears straw yellow with green nuances. The aroma recalls fresh flowers, green apple and citruses. It has a fresh and savory taste.

Food pairing: it pairs well with risotto, barley, any kind of cheese, fish, raw appetizers and fried foods

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

RIBOLLA GIALLA SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Organoleptic characteristics: the grapes are selected during the harvest and vinified in a traditional way. Yeasts are added and the wine is put in a pressure tank at a controlled temperature.
This sparkling wine is straw yellow, it has an intense, fine and flowery scent. It also has a well-balanced acidity and a persistent perlage.

Food pairing: ideal as aperitif or with risotto
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Serving temperature: 4-6°C
PEAR JUICE
Our juice is obtained from the simple pressing of selected pears of Carmen and white William Organic varieties, checked one by one and picked directly from the plant (not from the ground!), in 3L Bag in Box.

It is naturally cloudy as it is not subjected to any filtering process thus preserving all the beneficial and organoleptic properties of the fruit to enhance aromas and scents.

The flavor of this juice is given only by the fruit: in the transformation process no chemical additives, preservatives, water and sugars are added and the preservation is guaranteed only by the process of pasteurization, the result is a 100% natural unfiltered juice.

Much loved by both children and adults, it is ideal for breakfast, snack, aperitif and as a base for cocktails.
